Job Title: MINI BUS DRIVER
Job location: Easilink Omagh Office
Salary: £9.20 per hour
Hours: 30
Worktime: Times will vary and flexibility will be required.

Job Duties:
To drive Minibuses operated by Easilink Community Transport.
To assist passengers to and from the vehicle when this is necessary.
To input the following information / data onto Easilinks Mobile Phone App for each journey Schedule Details, Passenger Lists and Tachograph.
To carry out prescribed regular checks on the vehicles and record and immediately report any irregularities/defects.
To immediately record and report details of any accident or mishap.
To maintain vehicle cleanliness on a regular basis.
Refuel vehicle as and when required.
To be familiar with and maintain all safety equipment and medical supplies fitted to the vehicle and to carry out safety checks as directed.
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential Criteria:
A current, clean, valid driving licence, appropriate for driving Easilink minibuses
(Full D or D1 PCV License with Drivers CPC),
Be flexible to work evenings and weekends if and when required.
Desirable Criteria:
Previous experience of driving a minibus including using passenger lifts and safety equipment.
Experience and / or understanding of dealing with people with disabilities.
Hold a valid MiDAS certificate.
Experience in using Computerised Applications to log data.

Job Title: SCHEDULER/CLIENT SUPPORT
Job location: Omagh – Easilink Office
Salary: £9.50 per hour.
Hours: 16
Worktime: Monday to Thursday 9am to 1pm (Times may vary and flexibility will be required.)

Job Duties:
To effectively take bookings and manage enquiries from service users, schedule trips through our electronic software system, liaise with Easilink drivers and carry out general administration duties within the office environment.
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential criteria
5 GCSE’s (Grade A – C) or equivalent, to include English and Maths.
1 years experience of working in a customer facing role.
Excellent IT skills and experience.
Desirable criteria
Experience working in a busy office and / or administration role.
Understanding of people impacted by social isolation and / or mobility issues.
Geographical awareness of the wider Omagh area.
